These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at seventhaura.com (the "Site") and any related services, content, products, or features provided by SEVENTHAURA (referred to as "SEVENTHAURA," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or place orders. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.
• Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are offers to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or refuse any order (including due to pricing errors, availability, or suspected fraud).
• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by law or for defective items (see Section 6).

3. Payment

We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount, including taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. For lost or damaged packages, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery.

5. Returns & Defective Items

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a defective product, contact us at contact@seventhaura.com within 14 days of receipt with photos and order details. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, and content on the Site are owned by SEVENTHAURA or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEVENTHAURA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through informal negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action. This clause is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
